This depends on many different factors, Weekend fixtures are more popular, Match Category, Holiday Seasons (Xmas), which impact how many tickets we are allocated. Arsenal Australia have a great record of receiving our full ticket allocation, often only falling a few seats short for the occasional big games, so hopefully we can accommodate all our members with desired tickets. The best advice is to sign up as early as possible as this will increase your chances of tickets, as if shortfall, we look at Length of membership, and recent applications to matches. Example if you’ve gone or going to some games that season, and another member who applied hasn’t been to any, then they will hold a higher priority in their application.
For your info, during the 2018/19 season, we received 224 applications from Arsenal Australia members for a total of 385 tickets, and were allocated 357 tickets from Arsenal. The games where we fell few short, were against top 4 at home, and the last game of season.
***UPDATE 04-SEP-19 *** - Christmas is usually a busy period for ticketing requirements. And with Man City, Man Utd and Chelsea at home during xmas period this year, applications for these games have been very popular, so we don't expect to be accepting any further applications for these 3 games this season
Become a member of Arsenal Australia if you are not already. Once you are a member you can log into the website, head to 'My Account' and a 'ticketing' link will appear. Click that link and it will open the screen with all current games open to applications.
Tickets generally become available on the Ticketing page between 10-12 weeks prior to the Match day for Premier League matches, and the application window will often be open for 2 or 3 weeks. European, FA & League cup matches become available on the Ticketing page soon after the draw is made, and often the application window may only be open for 1 week. Arsenal determine the length of the application windows.

After logging into Arsenalaustralia.com.au, go to the Ticketing link of the website, to review the matches open for applications and the date the application window closes. A ticketing email is sent to active continuous members every few months with details of the applications windows for each upcoming game. For non-members, refer to the Ticketing item in the News section for info about which games are currently available
No. The occasional away European group stage game is available, but this is the only matches we are sometimes offered. Please send an email to email@example.com if you would like to be interested in tickets to these matches.
Arsenal usually inform us of our ticket allocation within a few days, so AASC applicants will receive an email within 10 days of the application window closing. If your application is deemed successful, the email might request prompt payment (2/3 business days) if Arsenal desire prompt confirmation and payment by us, which often happens for cup matches. Non payment for tickets within this period, will result in AASC moving on to the next person in line.
No. Tickets can only be applied for during the open period.
Yes. Please place the members name in the comment box when applying, and this can be arranged. If applying in a group, then tickets will be allocated together.
Yes. Anyone applying for tickets must have a current Arsenal Australia membership. A family membership can apply for 4 tickets with a combination of adults and children.
Only current active members can apply for tickets, so ensure your membership is active, or your application will be rejected. Membership is open to any Australian resident.
Tickets will be available 3 hours prior to kick off on the day of the match from the ticket kiosk outside Emirates Stadium. Collection details come in your confirmation email.
We have no control about where in the ground Arsenal allocate our seats, but usually the seats will be in the Clock End Upper Tier. Please refer to the Gallery for examples of photos from the seats allocated to our members who have attended games
Arsenal do not take ticket requests from people that are not members and will direct any ticketing enquiries back to the official supporters club in your area. Ticket Policy and Terms of Service- Last but certainly not least, tickets purchased through Arsenal Australia are 100% non-transferable. Under NO circumstances may a member re-sell, or even give away their ticket to anyone else at all. Doing so is considered ILLEGAL by law of England and Wales under Section 166 of the Criminal Justice Act.. We take the law extremely seriously, and will always adhere and abide by it's rules and regulations. By accepting an Arsenal Australia ticket, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service.
